Found a hair in the pizza – terrible service
We found a hair baked into the pizza dough. I recorded a video as proof. We had already eaten most of the pizza when we noticed it. When we called to complain, they didn’t apologize. Instead, they told us to bring the pizza ourselves and even said they would give our number to the Garda. Very unprofessional.

Wwe had pizza delivered on new year's eve and we couldn't even eat it. Freezing cold food. Definitely wouldn't recommend even after calling.. poor service. Also I'm in catering over 30 years so don't bother with the stupid reply from the owner.. if you can't handle the amount of people eating one night of the year find an easier job.

Hi Mark, we do appologise for this. New Years Eve is one of the busiest nights of the year for any food delivery company, not just Mizzoni's. We do ask people to order in advance to make sure they get their pizza the time they want it.

I can't stand the sub standard food they serve here. It also irritates me that their branded delivery cars park in disabled spaces with no disability badge and last night when I pulled into a parent and child space with my 4 year old in Lidl, one of their drivers pulled into the space beside me with no child, gets out of the car and does a massive spit and walks into the shop. I hope the newly opened Dominos in Rathnew seriously hurts Mizzoni's profits, they are pure scum and so is their food

This is quite a disgusting allegation that we take very seriously. Its now an offence to write a false review. We assume that as you were so disgusted you took a photo? That being said, could you please contact us with dates and times and description of the person so we could investigate further, we would also like the reciept of when you ordered. We hope to hear from you, otherwsie we will assume this is connected to a competitor and we will make a formal complaint to the Gardai to investigate. Thanks Head Office

Ordered pizza, came home, opened the second slice got a hair, we called the institution where they did not even apologise and rude, said to bring them a pizza, so I have to waste my time on this, it's not my file.not recommended
